The normally bustling streets of Manhattan are empty, and quiet. The city that was always packed with tourists and commuters is on pause now.

Empty Queensboro Bridge during Covid-19New York City is reporting at least 155 K total positive cases of COVID-19 and 11,817 confirmed COVID-19 deaths, with 18,018 patients having recovered. That makes it still the state with the most U.S. coronavirus cases, though infection rates appear to have slowed.

When to book your newborn session with Julie Pavlova Photography (NY, NJ)?

When to book your newborn session?

Newborn session by a Julie Pavlova (Top ten best photographers Queens, NY). Newborn, family and maternity photography in New York City.

The best time for a newborn session is when the baby is between five and ten days old to help ensure a sleepy, curly baby.

Please contact me during your pregnancy 🤰 (at least one month prior your due date!) so that you don’t miss out.
We will make a tentative booking based on your due date and then I will wait to hear from you when you arrive home from hospital with your new baby. We can arrange a suitable time and date for your session then.

Please, please, please contact me as soon as possible and don’t wait till your baby is born 👶, because I have very limited time slots per month. Otherwise I won’t be able to find a slot in my schedule.

Just noticed Daniel’s first tooth!

Do you know that there is a wide range of variability of when a first tooth may appear? Some babies may not have any teeth by their first birthday! Around 3 months of age, babies will begin exploring the world with their mouth and have increased saliva and start to put their hands in their mouth. Many parents question whether or not this means that their baby is teething, but a first tooth usually appears around 6 months old.

Typically, the first teeth to come in are almost always the lower front teeth (the lower central incisors), and most children will usually have all of their baby teeth by age 3.
